My 5 year old daughter has the unicorn and loves it. Brightness of the stars depends on how fresh the batteries are; durability isn't being "tested" because it's only for bedtime and stays on her bed... we don't let her carry it around the house and play with it. Overall it's worth the $20-30 pricetag for the gimic and function. But the Amazon seller who lists the price at $50 is CRAZY, even if they show the discounted price as $27. Regular price at stores is $29.99, anyone changing more is just ripping you off.
